Join Jen Harper and Jen SanMiguel for a weekend of running and restorative & yin yoga

Jen H.- will walk runners through form drills, the importance of dynamic warm-ups and of course RUNNING! Each day you’ll have the option for a morning and/or afternoon run or run/walk ranging in distance from short to long.

Jen S. will guide you through yoga flows meant to strengthen key areas for runners and post run restorative and yin classes.

Weekend costs include organized runs, all yoga practices, accommodations, and meals. All levels and paces welcome!

About the Jens

Jen S, completed her 200 and 300 hour teaching certifications at LL Studio NYC (formerly Laughing Lotus Yoga Center), and has additional training in yin, trauma-informed yoga, ayurveda, reiki, sound healing and Katonah yoga.

Jen H, received her RRCA level 1 coaching cert in 2017 and began coaching for NYRR that same year. She has been coaching new and established runners ever since. In addition to being a running coach, Jen is also Yoga Alliance Certified to teach Vinayasa and Yin Yoga.

About Heathen Hill

Heathen Hill Yoga is about 4 hours away from NYC. You’ll be able to enjoy nature walks on the beautiful property (there’s even a labyrinth), a swimmin’ hole, a hot tub, hammocks, games like horseshoes and badminton, and a bonfire on Saturday night. You can do as much or as little as you like! Meals are vegetarian and amazing!
